Surprised Q Is Still Open
Q is a club that was hot for the first 6 months it was open because it was new. People then realized that Q was just like all the other clubs in Columbus which isn't saying much. The problems with Q are plentiful: slow bartenders, bright lighting in the video bar, too many mediocre drag shows, bad karaoke, tired strippers and the list could go on and on. But, the main problem is that Q has their worst DJ spinning on the night people want to dance which is Saturday. The Saturday DJ still thinks he is at a 1990's circuit party. Q is foolish for not having one of their other DJ's spin on Saturday nights. Because of the poor selection of Saturday night music spun by Michael T Diamond at Q, most people will be at Axis or Tradewinds if they want to dance.
Q is where men are men!!!
Q-bar is a great place and over the Labor Day weekend there were more hot men everywhere, we did not know where to turn next! Thanks Q staff for such a great weekend!!!
Don't Bother with Q
Don't bother with Q bar unless you like unfriendly bartenders and very slow service. The weekend dj plays tired 90's tribal.
Great Bar
This is a great bar!! The front bar and lounge is the hippest, coolest place to hang out, the back bar is a weekend dream come true. If you like to dance this is the place to be. Fun nights to hit are Tuesdays, Wednesdays (strippers), Sundays on the patio rock!!
Q-riosity and Blacklight
Q Bar is the newest kid on the nightclub block with its video lounge, two bars, and black-lit dancefloor. During the summer, the patio is the place to see and be seen. During the winter, though, pickings can be slim. The DJs are first-class, the drinks are served in REAL glasses, and the video lounge is perfect for gathering and flirting. Dullsville during the week though, weekends are when the place sees the best traffic. Weds for under 21s, otherwise it's 21 and over only.
