much better place now that it has new owners

I really enjoy the place now that it is under new ownership they have cleaned the place up and are friendly.

hmmmess

This bar is a few minutes south of me (I live in GV) I generally go early in the evening before the woodworks regurgitates it's unwanted for cheap, strong drinks. As long as you only pregame there this bar is great! Connie the day time bartender is a fabulous old queen with a story to tell and an ear for yours. With tge recent night crew change I'm reluctant to visit since the first night there tge new bartender spilled a few drinks on me.

i visited once..

me and two friends of mine went to this bar on a random friday evening. Im not opposed to a bar off the beaten path so i wasn't scared of the neighborhood. It isn't that bad over there.. it's Merion Village. Not that many people there. would have been fine minus the racial remarks we kept hearing from the patrons on the other end of the bar once we mentioned listening to the jukebox. I sure this place serves it's clientele just fine

OMG

The biggest drug den I've ever seen in my life. Turn and walk away.

Not where I would go for a first Date, but

It a homely little place and fits its niche just fine. I go about once a month with my mate and that id fine with me. Drinks are strong and cheap. Drag shows are late and not of high caliber, but its better than staying home alone!
