*Parking is not really an option at our place but there are parking garages close. I would shoot for the garage on Russel. To get to our place from Russel, you essentially walk up Russel until it dead ends at Henrietta. Go left on Henrietta and our house is on right with wood slat fence. Please feel free to drop off any food prior to parking. I'm not sure what roads will be closed at this point, so I hope it's not too difficult. I will try to do some research and see what I can find out.
*Wear comfortable shoes because we are walking!! So since they moved the festival location, the parade route has also moved. The goal is to leave our place at 10 to 10:15 to walk to the start of the parade which starts at 10:30. I figured we could just follow the last float to make our way to festival, or really do whatever. Just an idea, but we can see how it goes.
*If anyone survives the day, we will probably go out later in Short North and/or having a small fire in our backyard.
