Step into the retro downtown diner Tip Top Kitchen & Cocktails (in the former location of the now-defunct gay bar The Vine) and you'll notice the eclectic ephemera on the walls is old school Columbus and Ohio flair. Just opened in June 2007, Tip Top is the latest addition from the same feminist restaurant mogul that brought you The Surly Girl Saloon and Betty's Fine Food + Spirits.
