Cecelia Rose LaPointe is an Anishinaabekwe of mixed heritage who is a part of Kchiwiikwedong (Keweenaw Bay Indian Community) and is Ajijaak (Crane) Clan. She identifies as Androgynous, Genderqueer, Gender Non-conforming, and Two-Spirit. Cecelia is the Owner of Red Circle Consulting, which specializes in a full array of presentations, workshops, community engagement work, and outreach on Native American issues, Native identity, Native American women’s issues, addressing and countering racism in our communities. She is a poet and writer published in anthologies, booklets, chapbooks, journals, magazines and online Native-Indigenous publications.
