FeMMeFest 2014 Aug. 29th, Friday Night @ Bossy Grrls

THE LINE UP: Za Unitt and The Angry Men Eleanor Sinacola Sweet S Time Lords FeMMeFest is a loose collection of musically themed events taking place on August 29, 30, & 31, to connect our female-friendly local scene in a celebration of women as a viable part of the Columbus community. FeMMeFest formed in response to a current conflict supporting the point of view that a culture of violence and negativity towards women can be perpetuated unnoticed in our scene. We believe that whether this attitude is born out of miseducation or willful ignorance, we have an opportunity to combat it with positivity and productive action. Our events will raise funds for the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence.
