This Holiday season nobody should go hungry in Columbus.
This Saturday, the GLBTQ community is coming together to help FEED COLUMBUS. The State has made cutbacks in welfare programs and the Mid-Ohio Food Bank can use our help. Let’s show the world that even as we fight for our own equality and against persecution, we still have the strength to support our Columbus community when it needs us.
Nina West and Virginia West host an all-star local lineup in the first Rainbow Connection. We will have a U-Haul parked next to the Axis entrance where you can drop off cans from 6-11pm. We will have a benefit show from 8-11pm. Suggested donation is 5 cans or $5 dollars. ALL proceeds go to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank so this is a total charity give.
Special thanks to our partners and sponsors: Stonewall Columbus, CLGSA, Kaleidoscope, Project Zero, Union Café, Stonewall Dems, TORSO and FCKH8.
Special thanks to Tom Grote for coming up with the idea to donate in the month of December.
18+. Doors 7pm, Show 8pm, Can Drop from 6pm-11pm.
