The Tremont is a wonderful place! It is the stereotypical neighborhood bar - no frills, themes, or pretentions. It has the best happy hour in the city. The staff and patrons are friendly and accessible. It is, however, very small and dark, but in most ways only adds to its charm. The only drawback I had was the lack of parking.

Great local place to relax and have fun! Great bartenders and a
mixed crowd at times. Like Ohio weather, just hang around for a while and it changes!
Comfortable out door patio. Darts and pool table. Good drink prices and Excellent
Long Island Ice Tea. All around fun for locals and new comers!

When I first went to Tremont I had been warned that it was a scary little place. But, if you've traveled the Pennsylvania Turnpike you've seen far worse. It's a little bar, not much about it that stands out. The clientele are older. Karaoke on Weds. and Sat. is average. The drinks are small, but inexpensive, and the atmosphere can best be described as "sullen". A recent update and some remodeling make it less dark, but it's unremarkable in every other way. Too far from other bars, bad parking.

This is just a great neighborhood bar. Both dartboards were in full use on my visit. Happy hour has good specials. The crowd was mixed and having a good time.
