Outstanding restaurant/bar. Great staff!

If I have to choose a place to go to on a Friday or Saturday night you can bet that I´m making a stop at Level. This place is new, upscale, has good drinks, good food, nice, drama-free atmosphere and will be even better once the outdoor patio is opened! I highly recommend it.

Level is a great place to go on a date since it is more of a restaurant than bar. The food is good and not that badly priced. Definitely not a dance til two kind of place.

Level is located on High Street in the heart of Columbus's "Short North District. It consists of a lower level with a large seating capacity to people watch, eat, drink, "Be n See Mary!" (joke), featuring a large glass High Street side viewing or cruising area. Windows open exposing the street/sidewalk and people..giving Melissa Etheridges, "Come to MyWindow," true meaning where u can converse with friends or people as they pass on by. There's a large full service bar, neon lights, dining area, large open kitchen and exquisite,reasonably priced dinners that will dazzle your taste buds. The Bathrooms..clean, upscale, and are in my opinion, the #1 bathroom facilities of the "gay bar Columbus Competition." Then wonder on up to the next level which is loaded with flat screens, another beautiful bar, quick, friendly service, tables with table games, the exterior 2nd level that runs parallel to High Street sports huge open clear glass windows providing a spectacular view of what;s going on, the opposite wall is a clear glass providing patrons a soectacular view from the 2nd level lookn down at the dining and bar area. The only thing I had a real issue with is that the ighting upstairs is way 2 bright and needs to be toned down. They hve plans for a "rooftop Patio," which will be the best scenic view in the city. Very Trendy, and Gay/Lesbian dinner Club open for all walks of life. Yhis club is by far th most diverse on every scale imaginable. The 1st of it's kind, an "elite" establishment which provides a New York/San Diego Style atmosphere. A glimpse of a perfect world vision of how all walks evolve into 1 groove. Best of the Best...A 1 night vacation escape, but at same cost is very comparable to every other club in Columbus. However, this club gives the patron the best bang for there buck!

A little pricey for my taste. Didn't have a bad experience. But somewhat too dressy for what I like.
